All in addition to trips to the pharmacy, grocery store and doctor’s office. In order to best help your parents, you also must take care of yourself! Join us for quick tips to reduce stress and enjoy life.

 

Kim Mozzochi
Kim Mozzochi is a care management supervisor for the Area Agency on Aging. She has been employed at the agency for 19 years. Her current position includes the supervision of the Care Coordination, Family Caregiver, Alzheimer’s Respite, PASSPORT Homecare and Wayne APS programs. She is responsible for planning and presenting caregiver trainings to educate caregivers; supervising the staff who provide long term respite to caregivers; and managing the voucher program.
