Since its 1995 formation, the Northeast Ohio Regional Leadership Taskforce (NORLT) has been working with community leadership programs to explore the common assets and critical issues of 18 counties in northeast Ohio. NORTL helps community leaders 1) become more informed about regional systems and the economy; 2) gain knowledge of other parts of the region; 3) interact with other leaders in the region; 4) highlight the strengths of each community to others; 5) identify constraints to regional progress; 6) appreciate the potential influence of the region in Ohio; and 7) discuss how NORLT can assist regional progress.
