Through a combination of public
and private efforts, troubled Youngstown neighborhoods have
begun the process of reinventing themselves. This Western
Reserve PBS production focuses on changes to come or already
under way in the neighborhoods of Idora, the Garden District,
Smoky Hollow and Hope Six.
Local civic and neighborhood leaders
discuss their involvement in this ongoing effort to help
the city of Youngstown revive to survive.
